 Graduated from Cairo University, Khartoum Branch in 1962, and received his Masters from Cambridge University in 1973

Member of the GCC Arbitration Center

licensed to appear before all Bahraini courts including​: Cassation Court, Supreme Court and Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution

Career history

Lawyer in Sudan and then Kuwait from 1962, then in Fatwa & Legislation Directorate in Kuwait from 1966 to 1970

Legal advisor of Riyad University (Currently King Saud University) from 1973 to 1980, where he engaged on drafting of the campus buildings' construction contracts

Legal advisor at Arabian Gulf University Establishment Project in Bahrain from 1980 to 1986, where he supervised the preparation of the Establishment contracts and put together the university's financial and administrative policies

Joined Sh. Isa Bin Mohammed Al Khalifa Law Office in 1986, where he supervised a wide variety of legal cases and consultations

​Legal advisor of Faisal Islamic Bank (AKA Shamil Bank, and currently Ithmaar Bank) until 2001, where he participated in the preparation of  the bank's contracts and assumed the Secretariat of the Board of Directors and its subcommittees 

Established his own Law Office in the year 2001

تخرج  من جامعة القاهرة فرع الخرطوم عام 1962 , ثم حصل على الماجستير من جامعة كامبردج في عام 1973 

عضو مركز التحكيم الخليجىي

محام مجاز أمام جميع محاكم البحرين، بما فيها محكمة التمييز، المحكمة  الدستورية ومركز البحرين لتسوية المنازعات

الخبرة العملية

محام في السودان و الكويت منذ عام  1962, و في إدارة الفتوى والتشريع  في الكويت من 1966 إلى 1970

 مستشارأ قانونياً  في  جامعة الرياض (جامعة الملك سعود حالياً). من 1973 إلى 1980  حيث عمل في إعداد عقود إنشاء  مباني المدينة الجامعية

 مستشارا  قانونيا لمشروع إنشاء جامعة الخليج العربي في البحرين من 1980 إلى 1986 حيث أشرف على إعداد عقود إنشاء الجامعة و قام بإعداد اللوانح المالية والإدارية للجامعة

انضم إلى مكتب الشيخ عيسى بن محمد آل خليفة للمحاماة، في 1986؛ و تولى الإشراف على مختلف أنواع القضايا والاستشارات القانونية

مستشار قانوني لمصرف فيصل الإسلامي (مصرف البحرين الشامل, بنك إثمار حالياً) في عام 1995 حيث أسهم في إعداد العقود الخاصة بالمصرف, إلى جانب توليه  مسئولية أمانة مجلس الإدارة واللجان المنبثقة عنه

أسس  مكتبه للمحاماة  في عام 2001
